Am being charged by NTTA and TxTag at the same time. I own about $158 to NTTA while I have a Txtag acount.

Got text I own toll money, when I haven't owned a vehicle in almost 10 years, and only make 945.00 a month so can't afford trips or to RENT a vehicle. So just how on earth did I not pay your tolls.

Should I contact a bigger GOVERNMENT agency about your fraud. Maybe the BBB, as the last I heard your not even based in America.

Trying to make a payment but lost my bill, hard to figure out who to call. I just got a phone # And they disconnected

I received a bill claiming that I owe, but I have a car sticker from several states that automatically pays. I can't make a payment through automation even though I tried to pay with several cards.

It feels like a scam, so I'm trashing the bill. I looked up and this is indeed the correct number for TX Tag, but even customer service can't take a simple payment. I HAVE to go through the system. Since it won't let me make a payment, I will probably be billed more.

It has taken me 30 minutes just trying to make a payment. I gave up because I don't know if this is a scam for my card number.

I over paid my account and I asked for a refund. They agreed to put the overpaid amount on my card.

Instead of doing that they extracted a toll charge from my refund without my consent on another vehicle that I do own but do not have a toll tag account on.

Yes, I should be responsible but at a later date and billing statement. This is rogue like business

I received a text message I own money from TX tag but I do not have a account with TX tag, I wanted to know if it's a scam or I owe money.

The website has you jump through hoops to be able to pay online. It is complete garbage. On two different attempts, it gave me an expired SSL certificate.

They said I passed through a toll road which I didn't see no gate no nothing for them saying this is a toll road

I was having problems with the Doxorubicin billing system.

I was being billed $53.99 per month, whether I used the toll roads or not. I was never given an itemized statement for the listed charges.

Customer service investigated my account, and I found out that Doxo is a third party company - not Tex Tag.

I had a $350.00 credit but was still being billed $53.99 per month.

Customer service has prepared a refund and given me the Doxo contact number so I can terminate their services.

plus late fees on already paid bill just got another for the same bill .. said they are behind so youll see bills as far back as 6 months with LATE fees! how ,why ?

1 week online and on phone to remove vehicle that was sold ,still hasn't been resolved.it should not take 12 attempts ,countless hours to resolve such a simple request. This is the most mismanaged ,corupt,incompetent org in the state of Texas. Even this ,an attempt to complain has more rules and guide lines than necessary.

Just received bill from Oklahoma for $82 for unpaid toll ($15) . Somehow my vehicle was removed from my account but tx tag was active. Vehicle and tag number do not match account so due to someone's oversight in Texas I am out money !!!
